Obituary of Claudia Alice Thompson
With heavy hearts and with great sadness we mourn the passing of our beloved mother and grandmother Claudia Thompson (nee Roberts) who left us December 6, 2024.
After retiring from her custodial position for 20 years with the school district she continued to enjoy her life with The Red Hats Society, quilting, sewing clubs and travelling to her USA home in Yuma where she enjoyed the life of sunshine and heat, socializing, dancing and creating events of fun and laughter with her family, friends and neighbors in Country Roads Resort.
Spring and summer she so enjoyed her return back on the ranch bringing beautiful life back to her yard and being involved with all her friends she held dearly in Quesnel.
Claudia was predeceased by her husband Walt Thompson (2013) along with brothers Bill and Lloyd.
Survived by brother Don Roberts and loving children Cinda, Richard (Laurie) and David, along with her wonderful grandchildren Nicole (Tyson), Jessie, Becky (Micheal) and Jon, and her great grandchildren Spencer and Graham that brought joy and laughter to her heart.
Claudia was a life that touched others and she will go on forever in our lives and hearts.
Never Forgotten and Always Loved.
Arrangements for a Celebration of Life will be announced Spring/Summer of 2025.
