Sue White Obituary
Susan Joyce White passed away peacefully at Spring Valley Care Home on June 3rd, 2024, after a long battle with dementia. She was Born in Victoria, BC in October 1954.
She is survived by her 3 loving daughters, Heather (Dave), Heidi (Jimmy) & Robyn (Jess) as well as her 5 beautiful grandchildren, Issabella, Everett, Hercules, Logan & Violet.
Her 5 sisters will also feel the impact of her passing; Fran (Ivan), Sharon (Pat), Debbie (Ben), Terri (Gary) and Maureen (Robert), along with her extended family of cousins, nieces & nephews.
She is pre-deceased by her Mom, Evelyn Sears who passed in March of 2019, and her Dad, George Sears who passed in May of 2015.
She spent most of her life in the South Okanagan, working at the Penticton Regional Hospital as a Pediatric nurse & then worked with the Success by 6 Program in its early years. Through this she impacted many patients & families lives and will always be remembered with fondness for her love and caring nature.
A Celebration of Life will be held in August to celebrate a beautiful life of service, taken too soon.
We wish to thank the amazing Nurses & Care Aids at Spring Valley for taking such amazing care of our Mom in her last few years.
