J. Allarie Obituary
Maurice, loving husband, dad, papa, brother, uncle, coach and friend passed away on January 7th, 2024 at Village by the Station, Penticton, BC with his family by his side.
He leaves to mourn his passing, wife Brenda, daughter Chantalle (Ron), grandchildren Sophie & Claire, sister Genevieve (Victor), many cousins, niece’s and nephews. Predeceased by his daughter Nicole. He was raised in St. Eustache, MB. He married Brenda in 1971, they moved to BC in 1978 living in Abbotsford then retiring to the Okanagan. Maurice loved family and social gatherings always being the trickster. He was generous, helpful, and kind, Maurice gained countless friends throughout his life. He wore many hats in the construction industry. Had a love of sports whether he was playing or coaching. Our husband, dad, papa and friend will be greatly missed but always cherished.
The family would like to thank Dr. Tatham and the staff at Village by the Station (Cottage 1) for all their care and support. Celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers please consider donating in memory of Maurice to the Alzheimer’s Society or Good Samaritan Society.
