Betty Kain Obituary
Betty Claire Kain went to be with the Lord on November 4, 2024, at the age of 95 years. Betty will be remembered and sadly missed by her children Jeffrey, Donald (Joan) of Victoria and Brenda McCall (Don) of Penticton, nine grandchildren, many great grandchildren, as well as several great-great grandchildren. She was sadly predeceased by her beloved husband Don, sister Evelyn, and grandson Thomas Leland McConell.
Betty was active in the community as a dedicated volunteer as well as a member of the UCW, Eastern Star, and the Royal Purple. She also curled and played darts. As great an impact as she had on the community at large, she was even more committed to her family and their friends. A devoted hockey mom, she was always getting them all to games and practices.
There will be a private family gathering at a later date with urn interment back in Saskatchewan.
