Obituary
It is with great love and sadness that we announce the loss of our beloved Pauline, who after over 14 years of courageously battling cancer went peacefully at the Hospice House Central Okanagan October 30, 2023, at the age of 77.
Pauline was born in Burnaby BC., to Joseph and Alma Quesnel. She was the ninth child born into a family of four girls and five boys. Pauline is survived by her husband, Darryl of 52 years; daughter, Tara Lee (Jordan); her two older her sisters, Lorraine, and Jeanette; brothers, Raymond, Lenard, Paul; predeceased by brothers, Morris, Gerard, and Sister Rita and her eldest daughter Dawn Marie in 2022.
Pauline was so proud of her two daughters and would help them when they needed it. She was the Manager of the ladies ware department at Walmart for 16 years & also managed the Tim Horton’s in Rutland in the late 80’s and early 90’s. She loved casino trips with her twisted sisters and watching Jeanette win all the pots. She also travelled to all of the fastball tournaments around BC to watch Darryl play ball along with the girls.

There will not be a Memorial Service or Celebration of life. In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family would ask for donations to Kelowna Hospice House (Hospicehousekelowna.com) or BC Cancer Foundation (www.BCCancer.bc.ca)
