In loving memory of David Robert Ede who passed away August 15, 2024 at the age of 81. Dave was born in 1943 in England.
Dave did many things throughout his life. He loved sales and people the most. We always said he could, “sell a snowball to an Eskimo”. Everyone was equal to him, color, age and race didn’t matter to Dave.
He enjoyed camping, travelling and the ocean. His command of the English language was astounding. Forever the humorist Dave made many people laugh.
We never had much but we had each other. We met before we met, and we were always destined to be. Dave was my night in shining armor and from day one he gave me the strength to be the person I am today.
There is a soulmate for everyone, and I will miss mine.
Dave is predeceased by his parents Joy and Reg Ede and will be missed dearly by his wife Monica, nieces and nephews and his friends who knew and loved him and have been a wonderful support to him.
Dave had suffered terribly the last 3 years due to his health, but his reward is heaven, and we shall meet again someday.
There will be no service.
Arrangements are in the care of Everden Rust Funeral Services & Crematorium,
