Betty Westfall Obituary
It is with heartfelt sorrow that we share the news of Betty’s passing. She peacefully left us on Sunday, December 15, 2024, at the age of 85, at Kelowna General Hospital. Betty’s legacy lives on through her loving son, Brent Westfall (Diane), and her cherished granddaughter, Courtney. She will be deeply missed by her siblings: Shirley Cripps (Lorne), Jean Eggen (Glenn), Larry Hoyle (Carolyn), Marilyn Dodd (Jim), Wayne Hoyle, as well as numerous nieces and nephews who adored her. Betty was a vibrant and active member of the United Church in Westbank and dedicated many years to the Westbank Lioness and The Red Hats, a supportive group of women who empowered each other to embrace life fully. In her final years at the Northwood Retirement Resort, she found joy and companionship among a wonderful circle of friends. We extend our deepest gratitude to the doctors and nurses at Kelowna General Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion during her time there. Our thoughts are with everyone who loved Betty and will carry her spirit in their hearts.
