Christina Colgan Obituary
“Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam” (Gaeilge meaning: her soul is at the right hand of God).
In her 104th year, Christina passed away peacefully in Sechelt Hospital, on the Sunshine Coast, February 29, 2024.
Born in Dublin, Ireland on April 29, 1920, she moved to London England in 1944 to marry her husband Vincent. They immigrated to Montreal with their three children Brian, Maureen and Vincent in 1957. In 2019, Christina moved to Sechelt, BC to spend her remaining years with her son Brian and wife Lynne.
Predeceased by her husband, of 58 years, Vincent. Deeply missed by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held in Montreal at a later date.
