It is with heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas Graham. Beloved father, grandfather, great grand father, brother, uncle and friend.
Tom leaves to mourn his daughter Yvonne (Wade), son Jerry (Kendra), grandchildren Destinee, Serenity, Gunner, Hailey, Blaze, Jade, and Cora-Lynn, great grandson Kai, Brothers Loren, Mark (Terri), and Sister Shelley (Jeff).
Tom was pre-deceased by his father Edsall, mother Juanita, brother Shane, nephew Tyler, and niece Chantal.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
