With great sadness the family of Susan Marguerite Lloyd (nee Walton) announce her passing on February 8, 2024. Susan’s family was built and maintained through love. A life so well lived will be beautifully remembered.
Please join us for a celebration of Susan’s life at the Ponoka Funeral Home on Thursday, February 15, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. (livestream video viewer located below). A luncheon with time to share and celebrate Susan’s life will follow at the St. Mary’s Anglican Church Hall.
Susan is survived by her sons James (Amber) and Robert, very special granddaughter Rylee and grandchildren Braydin and Alivia. Her step-Mom Sheila, sisters Kathy, Deb, Jacqui (Sandy), Yvonne, brother Brian (Trudy), special brother-in-laws Dale Krenzler and David Little, two step-brothers Richard and Nigel. Best friends Karen, Rochelle, Janet, Lori and Linda (cousin) and numerous nieces (+great), nephews (+great) all had a special place in Susan’s heart.
Susan was predeceased by her parents, Marie (1999) and Harry Walton (2005), brother Tom (2003), sister Toni (2008) and infant brothers Wade (1962) and Harry James (1965).
A sincere and heartfelt thank you to Dr. Du Toit and the nurses at the Ponoka Hospital Palliative Care Unit for the exceptional care and compassion for Susan and her family.
