Rev. Abraham “Abe” Dubland

Rev. Abraham “Abe” Dubland was born in Turin, Alberta, on August 16th, 1932, to Ole and Petra Dubland of Enchant, Alberta.
He passed away peacefully with his family by his side, at the Wetaskiwin Hospital on June 10th, 2024, at the age of 91 years.
He is survived and forever loved by his wife Helen (née Abraham); son Tim (Shirley), grandchildren Nicole (Kevin) Lee, great-granddaughter Brielle; grandchildren Carmen (Carter) McFeely, and Rachel; son Rod (Heidi), grandchildren Gabrielle (Ben) Goossen, Zac (Sherah) Dubland, great-grandchildren Joelle and Ezekiel; son Steve (Lorenna), grandsons Nathanael (Claire Kenzie), Austin (Jonika Kroeze); sister Myrtle Craig; sisters-in-law Joan Dubland and Donna Dubland; Abraham family-in-law Leonard and Margaret Abraham, Margaret McCord, Verna Scott, Stanley Abraham, Fred Hickox, John and Maridell Abraham, Earl and Remy Abraham, Ron and Jen Abraham; many nieces and nephews, grand nieces and nephews, and great-grand nieces and nephews.
He is predeceased by his parents Ole and Petra Dubland; siblings Olaf (Helen) Dubland, Marie (Andy) Bell, Elsie (Neil) McClain, Pearl (Alf) Severtson, Harold Dubland, Don (Helen) Abraham, Irene (George) Davis, Audrey (Stan) Scott, George Abraham, Thelma Cunningham, Betty and Dorothy Abraham, and many family members in Norway; and one special 108-year-old Auntie Blossom Abraham who recently predeceased him.
A Funeral Service will be held at Calvary Baptist Church (4910 Northmount Dr., Wetaskiwin, AB), on Saturday, July 20th, 2024, at 1:00 p.m.
