Francine is survived by her mother Bernadette SOTR; brothers Junius, Clayton, and Gregory; sisters Tracy, Ramona, and Junessa; her maternal aunties Josepine Osecap, Freda (Frankie) Ermineskin, Barbara (Peter) Lightfoot, Shirley Lightfoot, Yvonne Lightfoot; paternal auntie Lucy Kammer; maternal uncles Tommy (Donna) Lightfoot, and Rod Lightfoot; paternal uncles Leonard (Stephanie) SOTR, Leo (Skye) SOTR, Leslie “Brice” SOTR, and Eugene Buffalo; paternal Kohkums Flossie and Theresa; she is also survived by her long-time companion Barry McKnight; cousins Bernice Makinaw, Frances Strawberry, Joyce Strawberry, Sandra Littlejohn, Jason “JJ” (Roberta) Osecap from O’Chiese; and Bev (Danny) Peterson from British Columbia; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, friends and cousins from Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia. She was predeceased by her father Lawrence SOTR; sister Laurelle SOTR; nephew Donovan SOTR; maternal grandmother Maggie Lightfoot and grandfather Thomas Ironbow; paternal grandfather William SOTR and grandmother Nancy Ermineskin-SOTR.
