Dale Rumball Obituary
We are devastated to announce that Dale Rumball has passed away in Edmonton on April 9, 2024 at the age of 42. Dale was born in Whitecourt, Alberta on June 24, 1981.
Dale is survived by many loved ones. He is survived by his sons Aiden and Xavier; his Mother Marilyn (Fred Rhen); father Larry; and his sisters, Kristy (Casey Stejskal and children) and Karrie (Jamie Menard and children), as well as his former wife and mother of his children Cornelia. He was predeceased by family that loved him dearly.
Dale had a love of cooking. He attended culinary school at NAIT and had many jobs cooking through out his life. Dale was an avid learner and spent his time learning all that he could.
He enjoyed sharing his love of cooking with his son Xavier, he loved spending time with both his boys watching movies, eating together, and having conversations with them. He enjoyed fishing and was a family man.
Dale was kind, loving and adored his family. His family was incredibly proud of him and he will forever and always be remembered for his big hugs.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at Grace Lutheran Church (4218 – 56 Avenue) in Wetaskiwin, Alberta.
If family/friends are wishing to make a donation in Dale’s memory, donations are gratefully accepted to a Trust Fund for Dale’s sons, Aiden and Xavier’s for education or future for endeavours (Please check back soon and we will update details on how to make cheques/donations payable to the Trust). Or alternatively to any foundation that assists with Mental Health.
