ALBERDINA BOEVE
July 26, 1944 – February 29, 2024
Alberdina Boeve, beloved wife, mom and Oma passed away peacefully on February 29, 2024 at the age of 79 years.
Lovingly known as “Oma” to many who knew her, her life certainly encompassed love, laughter and compassion to anyone she crossed paths with.
Alberdina is survived by her husband of 57 years, Joe; daughter, Rianne (Sheldon) Ganske; sons, John (Katie) and Ray (Stephanie); her treasured grandchildren, Kristen, Keora, Lane and Shelby; and will be dearly missed by her siblings and extended family members in the Netherlands.
Alberdina was predeceased by her parents, Riemke and Harmen Siedsma; sister, Ina and her granddaughter, Erin Ganske.

The family would like to thank all the staff at the Wetaskiwin Meadows, The Good Shepherd Lutheran Home, Unit 43 at the Wetaskiwin Hospital, and Dr. William Hendriks for taking such amazing care of our Oma for the last 5 and a half years.
