James Crone of Sylvan Lake, Alberta is survived by his loving wife Myra; son Howard (Michelle); daughter Debra Assmus (Bayne); grandchildren Chris Hutchinson (Kim), Ashley Smith (Dave), Kaine Hutchinson (Sara), Lyndon (Courtney), Lauren Murphy (Shane); great grandchildren Kamryn, Kyle, Jordyn, Kobe, Mya, Dayzen, Lily, and Sadhbh; sisters-in-law Wilma Ayre and Diane Crone; as well brother-in-law John Stocker.
He was predeceased by his son Gerry; sisters Peggy Stocker and Pat Woods (brother-in-law Jim); brother Bill; and nephew Shawn Woods.
A Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at the Memorial Presbyterian Church, Sylvan Lake Alberta with lunch to follow at the Sylvan Lake Legion.
In lieu of flowers, donations in James’ honour can be made to Operation Eyesight, Campana Place, 609 14 St NW Suite #205, Calgary, AB T2N 2A1, or to a charity of your choice.
