He is survived by his sons, Jordan Steinhauer & Dehlay Cardinal; father, Lawrence Shirt; siblings, Marilyn Cardinal, Joanna Large, Crystal Large, Ryan Large & Trina Large; aunties, Margaret White, Victoria Wasatenau, Violet Shirt, Barbara Bull, Dorothy Shirt, Bella Shirt & Doreen Whiskeyjack; uncles, John (Mabel) Shirt, Kenny Shirt, Harrison (Cheryle) Shirt & Leonard (Jacqueline) Demarre. Steven was predeceased by his mother, Verna Large; step-father, Lawrence Large; siblings, Emery & Tyler Large, Katie, Lorna, Leona & Violet Cardinal, Jackie Gladue, Anne Marie White & Baby Girl Cardinal-Large; nieces & nephews, Clifton Shirt Jr., Jessie & Shakira Large, Gabriel Shirt, Joshua Cardinal, Josette Favel, Robert White & Francis Primeau; paternal grandparents, Peter & Mary Shirt; maternal grandparents, Sylvester & Katie Cardinal; numerous aunties, uncles & relatives. A Wake will be held on Tuesday (leaving Grace Gardens at 11:00 a.m.) & Wednesday, December 3 & 4 at Onchaminahos School Gym, Saddle Lake. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, December 5 at 11:00 a.m. at Onchaminahos School Gym, Saddle Lake. Reverend Duane Grant will be officiating with interment in Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery, Saddle Lake.
