On October 16, 2024, Mr. Hector Gene Cardinal of Saddle Lake, Alberta passed away at the age of 72 years. He is survived by his daughter, Trudy; brother, Dr. Hank Cardinal; numerous grandchildren; 65 nieces, nephews & cousins; all of his cats & dogs. Hector was predeceased by his parents, Norris & Isabel; daughter, Charmaine; siblings, Tommy, Mary, Margaret, Harry, Raymond, James, Rosie, Veronica & Louis; siblings in infancy, Simone & Sylvia. A Wake will be held on Tuesday, October 22 (Leaving Grace Gardens leaving at 1:00 p.m.) at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, October 23 at 11:00 a.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Center, Saddle Lake. Cremation to follow.
