On October 8, 2023, Mr. Bernard “Bernie” Burshtinski of Flat Lake, Alberta passed away at the age of 77 years. He is survived by his son, Shannon; daughter, Deidre; 6 grandchildren & 3 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Connie (Garry) Russ & Jane (Bryan) LeDrew; best friend, Darlene Chouinard. Bernie was predeceased by his parents, John & Helen; 3 brothers, Donald, Richard & David. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 20 at 1:00 p.m. at Flat Lake Hall, Flat Lake. Pastor Kelly Sibley will be officiating with interment in Flat Lake Lutheran Cemetery, Flat Lake.
