Glenn’s Obituary
On January 1st, 2024, Mr. Glenn William Quick resident of Faust, Alberta passed away in Slave Lake, Alberta at the age of 81 years.
Glenn is survived by his brother Larry (Sharon), sister Nancy (Ken), son Wayne (Barb), son Kelly (Fran), daughter Sandy (Bryan), and predeceased by his wife Mary, son Richard and Granddaughter Brooke. Glenn also leaves to mourn many grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family members and friends.
Glenn had a passion for farming, horses, fishing and playing cards. He was also extremely proud of all of his family.
Glenn was a pillar in his communities and volunteered countless hours to ensure his community was safe.
He will be missed dearly by all who knew him. At his request, a formal public service will not be held. A small gathering with close friends and family will be held in the spring. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Vanderwell Heritage Place in Slave Lake.
