Janelle Estelle Strasbourg

It is with unimaginable sadness and heavy hearts we share the sudden passing of Janelle on Feb 6th, 2024.
At the tender age of 29 she peacefully slipped away in her sleep at home. She leaves behind her precious baby Phoenix (P), heart broken parents Cyndi and Real, fur baby Kiya and a large circle of family and friends.
Janelle graduated high school with a bilingual diploma and then in 2015 graduated as a Registered Psychiatrist Nurse where her focus was helping those with mental illness and addictions.
Being blessed with a big heart and beautiful soul she naturally touched and impacted almost everyone she met.
The birth of her precious baby Phoenix was her shining light. Her love and dedication as a Mom was unconditional and now she will continue to do so as a guiding Angel.
Although our sweet Janelle (Nellie) left us way too soon, we are going to try and find comfort knowing her memory will live on through Phoenix as she grows and blossoms each day.
We would like to thank everyone for your continued support during this very difficult time.
A celebration of Janelle’s life will be held on February 27, 2024, 11 am at Park Place Funeral Home in Sherwood Park.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to mental health/addiction treatment centers and animal shelters. These are all causes very close to Janelle’s heart.
