KIRKHAM, George Arthur
October 23, 1942 – December 2, 2024
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our father, Mr. George Arthur Kirkham on Monday, December 2, 2024 at the age of 82 years.
George has left this world bringing his journey to an end. He lived a full life marked by his love of all sports, playing golf, and a lifetime of road trips to the mountains, where he found peace and joy in nature.
Whether on the greens, enjoying some relaxation in his armchair, watching the TV, or exploring winding mountain roads, George always found ways to enjoy life’s simple pleasures.
George always danced to the beat of his own drum and boy o’ boy did he love to dance. Always whistling a tune or singing a song, that’s how he will always be remembered!
George also lived life on his own terms and left behind memories as unique as he was. His family will remember him in their own way, finding traces of his legacy in the spaces he left behind.
He will be lovingly remembered by his daughters, Teresa (Kirk), and Kim (Jace); his grandchildren, Echo, Jayden, and Jazlyn; and his great grandson, Freedom. George was predeceased by his loving wife, Irene, and his precious grandson, Damien.
Love you Pops.
Hope heaven has a dance floor!
See you on the other side.
