Mr. William John ‘Bill’ Pobihushchy of Red Deer, Alberta passed away at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at the age of 69 years. Bill will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Terry-Lee of Red Deer, his sons, Byron (Vanessa) Pobihushchy of Edmonton, Alberta, and Matt (Kim) Pobihushchy of Red Deer; his daughters, Candy (Brent) Rudkowski of Edmonton, Alberta, Lisa Pobihushchy (Rob) of Red Deer, and Jessica (Dustin) Schulte of Sylvan Lake, Alberta; and his five grandchildren. He will also be sadly missed by his mother, Doris Pobihushchy, his brothers, Bryan (Rachel) Pobihushchy, Victor Pobihushchy, and Joe (Donna) Pobihushchy, all of Red Deer, his sister, Vicki (Dave) Lemoine of Edmonton, Alberta, his nieces and nephews, along with other extended family and dear friends. Bill was predeceased by his father, Victor Pobihushchy, and a sister, Colleene Lachapelle. We would like to thank all the nurses, and staff, of Unit 32 at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centrefor all the amazing care they gave Bill during his time with them. A Funeral Service will be held at Parkland Funeral Home, 6287 – 67 A Street (Taylor Drive), Red Deer, Alberta on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation entrusted to Parkland Funeral Home and Crematorium, Red Deer, Alberta.
