Virlina Carly Lefthand, of Eden Valley, passed away at the South Health Campus, Calgary, on June 1, 2024 at the age of 32 years. Carly will be dearly missed by her six sons: Kyle Lefthand, Joseph Lefthand and Stewart Lefthand, Theo (Mary Ellen) Lefthand and Garret Lefthand. She also leaves to mourn, her mother and father Lynette and Patrick Holloway, maternal family: Yvonne House from Morley, Alvina Lefthand, Nancy Lefthand, Eleanor Rollinmud, Phyllis Dixon, Sandra Dixon, Keith and Jamie Lefthand, Larry and Lydia Daniels, Robert Lefthand, Bill Lefthand, Selwynn Lefthand all from Eden Valley. From Maskwacis: Lorrina Cutarm, Karen Littlechild, Pounso Currie, Kaylin Currie as well as the Buffalo, Cutarm, Littlechild, Currie, Janvier and Moeasoo families. Paternal family: Clarence and Shirley Wesley, Lennie and Corinna Wesley, Claude and Irene Lefthand, Everett Wesley, Una Wesley, Virgina Wesley, Pauline Wesley, Tracey Stevens, Phillimene Stevens, Rebecca Wesley, Jackson and Brenda Wesley, Carlina House, Leroy House, Quincy House, Marilyn Abrahm, Jennifer Abrahm, Mandy Abraham. She is also survived by her uncles: Elliotte, Bob, Jack, Dwayne, Tony, Carryl, Genrich, Wayne, Joe, Sam, Steven, Shawn, Vern, Jasper, Cody, Kenton, Colten, Steven Strawberry. Aunties: Angelina, Ethel, Dionne, Loretta,, Lavina, Bonnie, Natasha, Lucille, Pauline, Rosie, Karen. Cousins: Charmaine, Mary, Jersey, Marlee, Mary Allen, Markie, Shandell, Lavinia, Bonnie, Natasha, Princess, Americus, Paris Cassius, Cassina, Cassman, Geneva as well as the Yellowtail, Ear and Crowshoe families. Nieces and nephews: Shadence Crowchild, Theylen Lefthand, Theydes Lefthand and Kassel Michelle Lefthand. Carly was predeceased by her father Virgil House in 1997 and her grandfather Roy Wesley in 1976. A Prayer Service will be held at Snodgrass Funeral Chapel, 301 Macleod Trail, High River, on Saturday, June 8, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. A wake will follow at the home of Lynnette and Patrick Holloway, Eden Valley. A Funeral Service will be held at the Eden Valley Church, on Monday, June 10, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. Frank Powderface officiating. Carly will be laid to rest at the Eden Valley Cemetery.
