Dorothy Louise Sanders, beloved wife of Gordon, passed away at the High River Hospital at the age of 88 on April 4, 2024.
Besides her loving husband Gordon (Gordie), Dorothy (Dot) will lovingly be remembered by her children Curtis (Gay) Abramson, Randall (Randy) (Wendy) Abramson, Vincent (Vince) Sanders; her sisters Yvonne (Hank) Isaak, Marilyn Kazeil; and brother David Guenette. Dot loved all of her family, especially all her Grandchildren and Great-grandchildren.
Dot is predeceased by her parents Freda and Joseph (Hector) Guenette; sister June Stevens; and son Bengt (Benny) Abramson.
In Lieu of Flowers, the family asks that you donate to the Calgary Zoo/Care and Conservation, or Stars Air Ambulance, or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
Dot will be truly leaving a void in the hearts and lives of her family and close acquaintances; as well as her Mahjong and Bridge friends.
A Celebration of Dorothy’s life will be held at a later date.
