It is with heavy hearts that we announce the tragic passing of Beverly Dawn Roppel, nee Nadeau, a beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.
Beverly was born on May 27, 1961, in Calgary, Alberta, early on she had a love for softball, hockey, sewing, and spending time with family. She enjoyed camping with her grandchildren and laying on the beach with a cold beverage. Beverly was the glue of the family, always bringing them together for every and any occasion.
Beverly is survived by her father, Roland Nadeau; children, Stephanie Wiebe (Jordon) and Kyle Hadden; her grandchildren, Peyton and Deacon Wiebe; her siblings, Stephen Nadeau (Amy), Kevin Nadeau (Denise), Vivian Nadeau, Tracey Nadeau, and Lori Nadeau; and countless nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her mother, Vaughn Nadeau; her brother, Roly Nadeau; and husband, Gordon Roppel.
She was a dedicated employee and cherished member of the Foothills AIM Society. The impact she had on the organization and its clients was immeasurable. Her unwavering commitment to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities was a source of inspiration to all who had the privilege of working alongside her. Beverly’s tireless efforts and boundless compassion created a lasting legacy that will continue to positively impact the community for generations to come.

A Memorial service will be held at the Foothills Centennial Centre on October 20th, 2023 at 1pm.
