Bonnie Noreen Wallace was born September 8, 1956, in Hanna Alberta and passed away September 16, 2024, in Pickering Ontario at the age of 68. Her parents were Edmund and Linda Wallace.
Bonnie was raised and took all her schooling in Hanna. She graduated from Hanna High School in 1974 and then moved to Calgary where she worked at various jobs until she became employed with the Royal Bank. She worked for the Royal Bank in a multitude of positions in Calgary, Victoria, Elsa Yukon and Toronto main branch. She retired from her banking career in 2016.
While in Elsa Yukon, Bonnie met and married Randall Thomas Bulmer in 1977 and they moved back to Calgary for a short time and then made their long-term home in Toronto and Pickering. Bonnie and Randy were blessed with 2 children, Ryan Cody Bulmer (1992) and Kylie Erin Bulmer (1995).
Bonnie was a small-town girl who learned to live in Canada’s biggest city and the thing she enjoyed the most was getting home to her safe and secure spot to watch TV with her family close by. Bonnie did a little travelling with her sisters, Faye and Ann. She took Faye to Ottawa to tour parliament hill and the Museum in Hull Quebec. The two of them also travelled to Europe and visited England, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy and France. They took Ann with them and toured the Great Lakes, Montreal, Quebec City, Connecticut, Maine, New York City, Washington D.C. and Niagara Falls. There was a bit of criss crossing the country as Bonnie and kids visited Alberta and B.C. and Bonnies’ siblings visited her in Toronto. Bonnie’s true love was her home and for the last 10 years, she did exactly what she wanted and stayed home.
Bonnie was predeceased by her parents, Ed and Linda, her in-laws, Tom and Bernice Bulmer a sister-in-law, Leslie, a brother-in-law, Albert and her beloved Randy who she lost in 2010.
She leaves to mourn her passing her son Ryan, and her daughter Kylie (Kingsley) and her 3 grandchildren, Kaliyah, Alayah and Kingston. She is also survived by her brothers, Don Wallace (Susan), Lorne Wallace (Marlene) and Larry Wallace (Annette); her sisters, Ann Scott (Randy), Faye Wallace and Evelyn Jones; her brothers-in-law, Chico Bulmer and Bryan Bulmer and her sister-in-law, Laurie Bulmer There are also a large number of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins who she leaves behind.
