Obituary For Patricia Ann Campbell
April 4, 1971 – March 24, 2024
It is with heavy hearts and with great love that we are saying goodbye to the sudden passing of “Chick,” Patricia Ann Campbell. She was the best Sister, Mother, Kokum and friend to all. We were in shock on March 24th, 2024 when she was taken by a sudden illness. She was 52 years old and passed away at the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital.
Chick was born on the 4th of April 1971, to Doug Noskye and Louise Campbell. He announced her as “his heart.” As Mom’s first child I witnessed her unconditional love and special ability to give needed comfort and care. When she was blessed with her grandchildren she made many memories of cherished times that they will hold dear.
Chick is missed by her brother Doug, sister Norma, and her Uncle Bert and long-time partner Dione. Her childhood best friend Birdie was a lifelong friend. Her children: Becky, Colton, Soloman, Cree Summer, and Riel are living testaments of her love and joy, as are Theo, Hunter, Annika and Kai, her beloved grandchildren.
A service will be held on Thursday, April 11th, 2024 at the Bear Creek Funeral Home, 11802 99 Avenue, Grande Prairie. Viewing at 2 pm with funeral to follow at 3 pm. Burial will be at Grovedale Cemetery.
A celebration of her life will be announced at a date in June.
Angels, please guide our beloved Chick home on the journey to eternity. She is joining our parents, also our sister Connie, brother John, and infant sister Ruby.
