Obituary For Francis A Bast

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Francis A Bast, 84, of Grande Prairie, Alberta. He passed away peacefully on February 6, 2024.
Frank was born on October 4, 1939, in Sedley, Saskatchewan to Max (Sebastian Peter) Bast and Agatha Baumgartner.
Frank always had a mischievous and free-spirited way about him, and this seemed to guide him through his path in life. He was always happy, carefree, and enjoyable to be around.
Frank is survived by his son Kenneth (Dottie) Bast, his daughters Donna Woiwood, and Louise Miller, and 9 grandchildren. His older brother John (Bev) Bast. His sister Terry (Mark) Romanow and her son Darcy. His nieces and nephews Pat (Yvonne). Lucille, Deanna (Atilla), Micheal (Dawn), David (Laura), Darcy, Tara, AJ, Ginger, and their children.
Frank is predeceased by his wife Sandra Lee Bast, his father Max (Sabastian Peter) Bast and his wife Florence Bast. His mother Agatha Baumgartner and his eldest brother Anthony Bast.
Services will be held at Croatian Hall, 8790 Old Cariboo Highway, Prince George, B.C. on Saturday, June 15, 2024, at 12:00 Noon.
