Weston Derek Gary Webber unexpectedly passed away on June 12, 2024 just 10 hours and 58 minutes after his birth on June 11, 2024. Born in Fort McMurray, Alberta to the parents of Jonathan and Brandi Webber, being the first and only child after a 6-year trial to conceive.
Weston didn’t spend many minutes on this earth, but he did spend 9 long months kicking and wiggling in the womb, so much so that all of his healthcare team and nurses would joke about the struggle of catching him on their monitors.
Weston is survived by his parents – Jonathan and Brandi Webber, (Uncle and Aunt) Clint & Holly Tilley, (Uncle) Chris Stewart, (Uncle) Jeff Webber, (Aunt) Sarah McAuley, his two fur siblings Ash and Bandit, as well as both sets of grandparents, Kirk and Rebecca Rowe, Gary and Anne Webber.
Predeceased by his grandfather Derek Tilley, Great Grandparents Neil and Edith Chipp, Gerald and Doris Stewart, Augustus Tilley.
Service details to be provided at a later date.
Memorial donations may be made to the Webbers’ donation fund organized by Tonya Chipp on Facebook at the email of thewebbers2024@outlook.com to fund Weston’s funeral cost, flight costs from Fort McMurray. Donations of flowers will also be accepted. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Robert Anderson Funeral Service in Fort McMurray and also Fillatre’ Funeral Homes in Corner Brook.
