Larry William Sendziak Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Larry William Sendziak on October 27, 2024, at the age of 86.
Larry is survived by his loving wife Donna of 60 years; children Michael (Yuliia), Patricia (Ian), Nathania (Kyle); grandchildren Nicole (Cameron), Eric, Cole, Hunter, Ryder; step-grandchildren Nataliia, Oleksandr siblings Donald (Kyrstina), Diane (Cyril), sisters-in-law Phyllis (Ron), Elaine, Valarie (Julian), brothers-in-law Ken (Janis), Wallace; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Larry was predeceased by his parents William and Katherine Sendziak as well two siblings.
Larry has lived and worked his whole life on his farm just west of Calmar. Larry was a dedicated volunteer to many organizations in his community, including Alberta Zirka Ukrainian Performers of Calmar, and his parish in Thorsby. He also enjoyed baseball, ice fishing and curling.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday November 2, 2024, at 10:30 am at St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church (49177 Hwy 778, Thorsby Alberta).
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church or Cemetery.
