On Sunday, November 17, 2024, June passed away at the age of 96 years at her home in Edmonton, Alberta.
She was predeceased by her son, Robert; mum and dad; her siblings: David, Shirley, and Lyn; as well as her husband, Max. In all, June had six daughters: AnnMarie (Len), MaryLou (Gary), Robyn (Lyle), Joanne (Bryan), Lisa (Jeff), and Donna (Randy). June had 13 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. She was dedicated to her children and their families and was so very proud of all their accomplishments – she was their biggest fan and cheerleader.
June’s last few months were spent at her home at HolSome Place Long-Term Care, where she received truly remarkable care. Every staff member treated her with the utmost care, dignity, kindness and love. Their care for the elderly is absolutely exceptional and the family will be forever grateful. Thank you!
June will be gratefully missed but never forgotten. Rest well mum, forever in our hearts with so much love.
