Gladys Mabel Bowness passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 15, 2024 at the age of 91 years.
She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters Barbara (Chris) Bryant and their children Daniel, Aaron, Kyla and Stephen, Berniece (Ken) O’Dell and their children Sheena, Rebecca, Damon and Cara and Katherine (Ken) Roper and their children Dion, Andrew and Dana; daughter in-law Tracey and her children Shay Ann and Colton; 20 very special great grandchildren; siblings Shirley (Leonard) Minelli and Melvin (Minola) Hellekson; sister in laws Lois (Glen) and Donna (Bud); as well as numerous extended family and friends.
Gladys was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Bernard “Bernie” in 2013; her son Bruce; parents Paul and Mabel (nee Cameron) Hellekson; and brothers Glen and Bud.
