It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Elizabeth Jean Klaczyk of Edmonton on December 5, 2024, at the age of 93 years.
Elizabeth was predeceased by her loving husband, Ted Klaczyk; daughter, Debra Kieller; son, Alan Klaczyk; brother, Edward Noster; sister, Sophia Miller; and her parents, Carl and Mary Noster.
Elizabeth is survived by her daughter, Donna (Jim) Mansell; as well as five grandchildren, Hudi Mansell, Ariel Mansell, Vanessa Kmiech, Keith Kieller, and Jennifer Compton; and five great-grandchildren. There are also many nieces, nephews, and cousins who will miss Elizabeth.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at Resurrection Catholic Church, 10555 50a St NW, Edmonton, AB, T6A 2C8. Interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery following the reception, 14611 Mark Messier Trail, Edmonton, AB T6V 1H4.
The family wishes to say a special thank you to the staff of CBI Home Health Services, AHS Southeast Edmonton Home Care, her dear neighbours in Gold Bar, and the many people who generously shared their time to help Elizabeth with driving to appointments, getting groceries, tax time, yard care, snow removal, friendly visits, and so much more.
