Bernard “Barney” Hilliard Palmer
(September 25, 1953 – January 2, 2024)
Bernard “Barney” Hilliard Palmer of Hay Lakes, Alberta, passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at the age of 70 years.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife Kathy Palmer; children Christina Harrison and Breann Palmer (Nick Mandeville); Kathy’s children Dennis Cascon (Laura Berube) and Cindy Cascon; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; mother Lucille Palmer; and siblings Colleen (Alex) Milek and Lyle (Tammy) Palmer.
Service details to be announced.
If family and friends so desire, memorial contributions in Barney’s memory may be made to Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation.
