On Sunday, November 24, 2024 Mr. Mervin John Smith of Frog Lake passed away at the age of 69 years.
Mervin will be dearly missed by his wife: Rikki Lee Smith, children: Cody Smith (Christina), Jean Mary Berland (Leslie), Roberta Berland-Longjohn (Orville Jr.), Larissa Berland (Arden), Janel Smith (Troy), Sheldon Smith, Garret Gladue, Francine Stanley (Kenzie), Olivia Smith (Mihgal), Kymura Smith (Briley), Giselle Smith, and Presley Smith, his step children: Stevie, Shayne, Maximus, and Elias, numerous grandchildren, adopted children, nieces, nephews, and relatives, his 2 brothers: Henry (Alma) Smith, and Hubert (Candace) Smith as well as his sweetgrass family.
Mervin was predeceased by his son: Nayton Berland, parents: Joseph and Mary Smith, sisters: Agnes Stanley, Agnes Soloway, Helen Smith, Bernadette Smith, Julie Lewis, and Maggie Masson, brothers: Lawrence Smith, and Frank Masson.
