A resident of Blenheim, Brenda Hogg passed away at the Chatham-Kent Hospice on May 29, 2023 at the age of 72.
Born in Chatham, Brenda was the daughter of Howard and Anna Oakes (née Jones) .
Beloved wife of 53 years to Barry Hogg.
Survived by Daughter, Heather & Ken Garton of Ridgetown, ON.
Loving Grandmother of Jordyn & Brianne, Jess & Nick, Abigail & Q, Connor and all of her many grand puppies.
Sibling to Harvey(Anne),Cathy and her late husband Harold,Tammy (Silver) Penny(Perry) and Dennis, Linda (Brian).
Predeceased by Donna, Becky (Dave), and Stan.
In-law to Ken (Mary), Simon (Cindy), Predeceased Brian (Janet), and Adrian.
Brenda was a lover of life, from dancing,to gardening, to Betty Boop and Bingo,
Brenda loved to spoil her family, she couldn’t pass up a sale or a conversation with friends, she loved her Avon and her Collections, and forever loved her grandkids.
Her time on this earth was filled with love, “Grandma had the biggest heart”.
Cremation has taken place as per Brenda’s wishes and a Celebration of Life to be announced at a later date.
Donations made in memory of Brenda to the Chatham-Kent Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
