Obituary of Blaine Armstrong Adams
Blaine Armstrong Adams
“Dinger”
January 11, 1945 – July 1, 2023
Peacefully passed away at Lakeridge Health Oshawa
Survived by his twin brother David Bryce Adams. Loving father of Duane (Tracy), Dallas (Derek), Tom (Alice) and Morgan (Waylon). Cherished grandfather of Tessa, Wyatt, Ally and Starling. Predeceased by his parents Zachariah & Susan Adams and siblings Ross (Peggy), Berwyn (Ida), Wayburn (Noreen), Sam (Linda), Marguerite Beacock (Alan), Murray (Ada) and Gary. He will be remembered by his daily coffee friends, his many Legion friends and his family.
Blaine was retired from General Motors. During his retirement people would often see him riding around town on his scooter, cleaning up garbage from Bowmanville Valleys, playing a game of golf or watching a ballgame on TV.
We would like to extend a huge thank you to the nurses in the ICU at Lakeridge Health Oshawa.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Bowmanville Royal Canadian Legion, 109 King Street East on Thursday July 20th from 2 – 8 pm. Memorial Donations may be made to The Poppy Fund.
