Billy is survived by, his best friend & wife, Xaviera (Cecelia) Bird; his children, Derien Bird, Keastin Bird, Kyle McLeod, Chantelle McLeod, Billy McLeod, Brock McLeod, Miranda Ratt, & Madden Howey; his special ‘girl’, Aliana Forest; his special children, Daylene, Danielle, & Darius Dobersheck; his grandchildren, Zoey McLeod, Chloe McLeod, Brock McLeod, & Vayah Bird; his sisters, Sharon Ross, Charlotte Ross (Paul), Ethel Hounsell, Yvette Hounsell, & Wanda Hounsell; his brothers, Danny Ross, Dwayne Hounsell, Dale Hounsell, & Warren Hounsell; his brothers-in-law, Ivan Bird & Sylvestre Bird; his uncle, Ernest Anderson; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, special friends & coworkers.
He was predeceased by, his parents, Sandy & Elizabeth Ross, Paul & Georgina Hounsell; his aunties, Ida Henderson, Martha Ross, Irene Ross, & Lucy Settee; his uncles, William Ross & Sandy Anderson; his brothers, George Ross & Jack Ross; his sisters, Margaret Roberts & Jean Ross; his nephews, Barry Dean Heimbecker, John Sandy Ross, & Howard Ross; and his special niece, Karen Dawn Forest.
Billy’s Wake services will commence at 7:00 p.m., on Thursday, January 5, 2023 and continue at 7:00 p.m., on Friday, January 6, 2023 at Weyakwin Hall, Weyakwin, SK, Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at Weyakwin Hall, Weyakwin, SK.
