William “Bill” Clow
September 30, 1932 – February 3, 2023
Bill Clow, in his 91st year, passed away peacefully with his family by his side at Brockville General Hospital. Self proclaimed “Mayor of Hallecks,” Bill will be fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Loving father to Rob (Darlene) and Laurie Clow. Special and very proud grandfather to Logan (Davis), Parker (Jill) and Paige (Kyle) Clow as well as Teagan (Matt) Comstock and Cortnie (Brad) Barr. Great Grandfather to Seeley, Sullivan, Riley, and Brooklyn. Son of the late Laura and Ambrose Clow. He is predeceased by his wife of 60 years Ruth Clow (nee Argue), and sisters Gladys Clow, Isabel Boulton and Betty Robertson. Survived by brothers George and Raymond (Eleanor) Clow and brother-in-law Wilfred Argue.
As per Bill’s wishes a private family service will take place. In memory of Bill, donations to Lyn United Church or the Brockville District Hospital Foundation Palliative Care would be gratefully acknowledged by the family. Messages of condolence may be sent online at www.barclayfuneralhome.com
