It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Gladys Elizabeth “Betty” Trimm of Grand Bank announces her passing. Betty passed away at the Blue Crest Nursing Home in Grand Bank on Thursday, September 14th, 2023, at the age of 86.
Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are her sons, Cecil (Wavey) Trimm, Carey (Janice) Trimm both of Grand Bank; grandchildren: Tina (Mike) Kelloway, Tara (Rodney) Evans, Gina (Adam) Baker, Alison (Tyler) Trimm; great grandchildren, Mikaela, Grace, Kyle, Hayley, Skye, Jake, Ben, Max; brother, Frank “Red” (Jackie) Fizzard.; plus a large circle of extended family and friends.
Betty was predeceased by husband, George Trimm; parents, John & Emily Fizzard; brothers, Stan, Bill, Norm, George; sister, Harriet.
The Trimm Family will be accepting visitors at Wiseman’s Funeral Home, Grand Bank on Friday, September 15th, 2023 from 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Saturday, September 16th, 2023 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Funeral service will take place at Salvation Army Citadel, Grand Bank on Sunday, September 17th, 2023 at 2:30 pm. Interment to follow at The Salvation Army Cemetery, Grand Bank.
In Betty’s memory donations may be made to Grand Bank Salvation Army Cemetery Fund or flowers gratefully accepted.
