It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ann Marie Down announce her passing on March 20th, 2023, at the Labrador Grenfell Health Center, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, at the age of 61.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are husband: Allan Down; children: Amber Down (Sheldon), and Brandy O’Brien (Phil); grandchildren: Cole, Ava, and Blake; mother-in-law and friend: Shirley Down; brothers: Tony, Randy (Stephanie), Eddie (Sandra); sisters: Judy (Gordie), Sheila (Woody), Wanda, Mary Lou (Bert), and Holly (David); as well as a large circle of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Ann Marie is pre-deceased by her parents: Edward and Ann Battcock; father-in-law: Robert (Bob) Down; and brother: Wayne Battcock.
The family wishes to extend special thanks to the staff at the Labrador Grenfell Health Centre for their kind and compassionate care during Ann Marie’s treatment, as well as to her dedicated homecare workers.

In Ann Marie’s memory, a celebration of life will take place at a later date.
