Obituary
Alma Marie Williams, 77 of Irishtown, NB passed away at the Moncton Hospital on Wednesday, April 5th, 2023. Born in Colette, NB she was the daughter of the late Ben and Mélanie (Bulger) Gallant.
Alma was retired from Canada Post (mail delivery) with 27 years of service. She was an animal lover, played in a band, she loved singing and playing guitar, she enjoyed bingo and spending time with friends, she also loved camping.
She is survived by her husband Roger Williams of 40 years; her two children Eddie Gallant (Pauline) of Colette, NB and Claude Barriault (Rose) of Saint John, NB; Siblings Eva Pitre (Gerald), Albert Gallant (Lorraine), Anne Marie Arsenault and Yvon Gallant (Gisele); sister-in-law Corinne; grandchildren Celine, Lisette, Daniel and Gabrielle, one great granddaughter Marie-Eve; as well as many nieces and Nephews.
In addition to her parents, Alma was predeceased by brothers Eloie and Fernand, as well as brothers-in-law Gerald and Lionel.
The family will receive condolences at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Rd, Moncton (506-858-1995) at a later date.
Interment will be in the Columbarium in St. Antoine at a later date.
The family would like to say Thank You to the Moncton Hospital Staff and Doctors for their wonderful care of Alma during her stay.
