God the Lord her Creator and Redeemer took back to Himself our much-loved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Betty at the age of 76 years. Left behind with blessed memories are her husband Harry, her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren Zwany and Pat Havenaar, Devon and Taylor Havenaar (Maverick, Lennie, and Callen), Kyle Havenaar and Shelby Martineau, Lindsay Havenaar, and Steven Havenaar; Hilda and Wayne Bartels, Jessica and Jacco deRoo (Colter), Jamie and Jenna Bartels (Dallas), Kerri Bartels†, Kenton and Talia Bartels, Karly, Lorissa, Rebecka, and Waylon Bartels; Jenniefer and Rob Oostdyk, Emma and Kyle Tamminga, Josie, and Dezmond Oostdyk; John and Melanie Scholtens, Natalie, Landon, Ethan, Justin, Gavin, and Ryan Scholtens; and Adrian and Teri Scholtens, Livia, Timothy, Kate, and Sienna Scholtens. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday from 6 – 9 p.m. at CORNERSTONE CANADIAN REFORMED CHURCH, 353 Stone Church Rd. E., Hamilton where the Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, July 27, 2023 at 11:30 a.m., Rev. John Louwerse officiating. Private family Interment Service will take place at Greenwood Cemetery, Burlington.
