Alan Douglas Maynard, of Wallaceburg, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 30, 2023 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, at the age of 68. Born in Chatham, he was the son of Keith and the late Ardell Houston (2003). Alan grew up with his brothers Stewart Maynard (Kathleen) and Larry Maynard (Wenda). Alan will also be missed by his many nieces and nephews. Alan enjoyed watching horse racing, spending time in his gardens, and landscaping. He was also a golf enthusiast. Alan will be missed by all those who knew and loved him. Special thanks to the neighbors that helped Alan in his time of need – thank you from the family. His family will be remembering him privately and will have a celebration of life at a later date.
