It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Adolphus Boniface Mercredi, late of Fond Du Lac, SK on June 25th, 2023, at the age of 81 years. Adolphus was born in Fond Du Lac, SK on December 3rd, 1941, to Louie & Bernadette Mercredi. Adolphus will be lovingly remembered by his wife Debra Mercredi (nee Toutstaint); his children Connie (Wayne), Buddy (Olga), Jackie, Adolph (Kenesa), & Delores (Kevin); his stepchildren Rose (Delbert), Emma, Mervin, Marie, Doris (Darryl), Jerry, Cheryl (Robert), & Jessie; his grandchildren Bonnie (Derek), Clarissa, Ronnie (Chantel), Donnie, Robin (Jackie), Robert, Brandy, Paris, Bradley, Josseline (Ryan), Jake, Darla, Dean, Konnor, Keedan, & KeeJay; his great-grandchildren Deanna, Kaylee, Karly, Dustin, Dusty, Dustina, Christina, Vada, Derekson, Lonna, Brianna, Lexis, Brady, Denver, Nikeeta, River, Chloe, Brooks, Drake, Kingston, Evander, Ryder, Jaxon, Robbie, Braxton, Bryce, Jarren, Riannah, Rylan, Joshua, Ali, Asher, Tate, Darian, & Kendra; his great-great-grandchildren Castiel, & Casper; his siblings Emile Jones, Elsie Mercredi, Mary (Mathew), Fred, Helen (Willie John); his in-laws Agatha, Roselie (George), Georgina (John), Jules (Noreen), Cecilia, Georgina (Billy Joe), Helen, George (Christina), Archie (Julie), Clara, & Eileen (Gerald); as well as numerous extended family and friends, too many to name. Adolphus was predeceased by his first wife Christine Mercredi; his parents Louie (Bernadette) Mercredi; his children Tina Mercredi, Doris Mercredi, & Moris Mercredi; his grandchildren Lonnie Augier, Deajay Mercredi, Keegan Mercredi, & Buddy Jr. Mercredi; his siblings Columbe, Norbert Fern, Antoinette Pierre Fern, Daniel Mercredi, Billy Mercredi, John James (Louies) & Gerald Mercredi; his son-in-law Darren Mercredi; his father-in-law and mother-in-law Fred (Elizabeth) McDonald; his in-laws Lazara McDonald, Magloire (Noreen) McDonald, Eli, Angeline Adam, Mary McDonald, Roseann (Fred) Adam, Eddie Martin, Madeline, Wayne Morrison, Agnes McDonald, Mary Mercredi, Thomas Lidguerre, Napoleon Mercredi, Martha, Billy Beavereye, Freda McDonald, Liza McDonald, Julienne McDonald, Gordon Douglas, Edwin Boneleye, Valentine (Pierre), & John (Georgina); as well as numerous family and friends, too many to name. A Wake Service will be commencing Thursday, June 29th, 2023, at the residence of Adolph & Kenesa Mercredi in Fond Du Lac, SK. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 1st, 2023, at 2 PM at Our Lady of Seven Sorrows in Fond Du Lac, SK. The Officiant will be Father Paul Oshin. The Honourary Pallbearers are Harvey Laurent, Ian Donard, Victor Robillard, Jerry Toutsaint, Georgie Crookedneck, Louie Isadore, Joe Beavereye, Stanley Laurent, Jules Lidguerre, Chris Adam, Melanie L, Noel Sandypoint, Eugene J, Sam M, Koren M, Ronald F. and all those who shared in Adolphus’ life.
