It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather, and Great Grandfather, Tom Awcock. Born on March 17, 1940. He died peacefully on Friday, April 7th, 2023 with his loved ones around him.
He is survived by his devoted wife and partner of 44 years, Donna (Avey) Awcock. He will be forever missed by his daughters, Tracey Kelly, Deanna Lindsay (Ron), Wendy Wilson (Al), and Deb Foster, and his son Brian Foster. His grandsons Dillon Kelly, Justin Kelly (Anna), Jason Foster (Kate), Adam Alexander, Shane Alexander (Amanda), one granddaughter, Ashely Foster (Chris), and great-grandchildren Lavanah, Chase and Garret, Kaydn, Zach, and Ender. A caring uncle to many nieces and nephews. Survived by his brothers-in-law Ron Avey (Marie), Murray Avey (Mary), sisters-in-law Elaine Fitmmoris, Sandy Bedggo (Bob), and Carol Haley (Dave). Predeceased by his parents Charles and Madeline Awcock, son-in-law Bob Kelly, brothers-in-law Cliff Burd, Laurie Avey and sisters, Fran and Pat.
We will miss his stories, his problem solving, his sense of humor, but most of all his loving heart.
At Tom’s request there will be no service or visitation. Donations in his memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Personal condolences may be sent at www.mcbeathdynes.ca
