Patrick Eugene Irwin, age 92, of Stratford passed away peacefully at the Stratford General Hospital on January 3, 2023. He is survived by his wife of 70 years Ellen. Father of Linda and the late Herman Theijsmeijer. Grandfather of Jeremy Theijsmeijer (Aliya) and Christina Theijsmeijer. Great grandfather to Alexis Anne, Nyah-Jane and Kal. In keeping with Patrick’s wishes cremation will take place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date and will be announced. Memorial donations in his memory may be made to SickKids Foundation (The Hospital Sick Children) through the W.G.
