Mary Elizabeth Ross (nee Murdoch), passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family at home on Friday, March 24, 2023, five days short of her 72nd birthday. Beloved wife of Jim for 51 years. Loving and devoted mother of Angie Palmer, grandmother of Dylan, James and Jordyn and mother-in-law of Peter Palmer. Cherished sister of Bill (Sylvie) and Dorothy (Doug) and sister-in-law to Harold (Carole Anne), Heather and Faye. Mary will also be lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews, her many, many friends and extended family.
A celebration of life will take place at the Acton Legion, 15 Wright Street, Acton, beginning at 2:00pm on Saturday, May 13, 2023. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in Mary’s honour to the Townsend Smith Foundation (North Halton Hospice) www.townsend-smith.ca/donate.
