Obituary
David passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at the Juravinski Hospital on March 27, 2023. He was a man full of life and was taken from us far too soon. He was the beloved husband of Diana for 40 years and cherished father of Jamie Lynn. Dave will be missed by his siblings, sister and brother-in-law, nephews, nieces, friends, and his brothers and sisters from Local 46.
Dave was a friend, positive influence and inspiring mentor to all of those around him, especially any tradesperson who was fortunate enough to learn from him. Dave dedicated himself fully to all of his endeavours, and was an extremely talented and well-respected welder, musician, and snooker player.
The family would also like to thank the compassionate and caring doctors and nurses who looked after him over the past year.
He will be forever in our hearts, until we meet again.
Cremation has taken place, however friends may visit with the family on Friday, March 31, 2023 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at KITCHING, STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME 146 Mill St. N., Waterdown. A Memorial Service will take place the next day at 11 a.m. at the same location with a lunch reception to follow.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to Juravinski Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
