1965-2023
The family of Darren Kosowan, late of Prince Albert, sadly announce his sudden passing on Monday, March 27, 2023 at the age of 57 years.
Darren is survived by his loving wife Laura, his daughter Nicole, his son Kyle, and his grandson Kingston; Laura’s children Quinn (Allysa), Tyrell, and Cassandra (Steve); grandchildren Aaron, Viola, Lily, and Rose; his brother Kelly (Theresa), and their son Tarrin; his brother-in-law Marty and family; his uncle Wayne (Emily), aunt Joyce, and uncle Lloyd (Reina). He was predeceased by his parents Dave and Lucy, his wife Wendy (2001), his sister Cindy, nephew Clinton, and numerous aunts and uncles.
Darren started employment with the City of Prince Albert in 1982 with the community Services Department, and spent the last 20 years in Public Works. Darren took great pride in his work and will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. Darren was a passionate fan of the Prince Albert Raiders and Saskatchewan Roughriders.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Darren may be made to the Raider Education Fund-690-32nd Street East, Prince Albert, SK, S6V 2W8.
A Celebration of Darren’s Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 31, 2023 at Gray’s Funeral Chapel, 575, 28th Street West, Prince Albert, SK. Interment of cremated remains will follow at South Hill Cemetery, Prince Albert, SK.
